The Bull City Aces Basketball Club is a Durham, NC based, tax-exempt, non-profit organization that

affords youth the opportunity to experience team sports through the highly competitive Amateur Athletic

Union (AAU). We are affiliated with AAU because it means membership in an organization that is nationally

recognized for its prominent position in amateur sports.

As an affiliated organization of the AAU, the Bull

City Aces is recognized as tax-exempt under the AAU’s 501c3 determination ruling. Membership does have

its privilege and that privilege demands unyielding dedication on the part of the coaches, athletes and

families as well as significant time and financial resources.

Our team travels and competes throughout North Carolina and other states along the East Coast. When

opportunities present themselves, the team will play nationally to expand the level of exposure they receive

from institutions of higher education and ideally an opportunity to explore the possibility of athletic

scholarship offers.

Sponsorship funds help us cover practice and tournament facility rentals, uniforms, referees, offsets travel costs and other expenditures.
